To add or update your mailing address:
In the Imprint app or online:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Navigate to "Personal info"
- Select the mailing address item
- Enter your mailing address information and save
Notes:
- 30-day restriction: If you opened your account within the past 30 days, you may need to wait before you can update your address, or you may need to contact support for assistance.
- Address verification: Your mailing address must be deliverable by USPS. If the address cannot be verified, you'll see an error message asking you to double-check the address details and try again.
- Separate from home address: Your mailing address can be different from your home address. This is where physical mail (like statements and cards) will be sent if it differs from your home address.
