We need to verify your information
Sometimes we’re unable to confirm your identity right away based on the details provided. This can happen if:
- There’s a typo or small mismatch in your application
- Information doesn’t match what’s on file with credit bureaus
- A required detail is missing
In many cases, this can be resolved quickly once the information is confirmed.
Your credit file is frozen
If your credit report is locked or frozen with a credit bureau, we’re unable to complete the credit review.
To move forward, you’ll need to temporarily lift the freeze. Once that’s done, we can continue reviewing your application.
