Scheduled payments can be edited or canceled up until 11:59 PM ET of the day prior to the scheduled payment date. Payments made using "Pay Now" cannot be edited or canceled once they have been confirmed.
To edit or cancel a scheduled payment:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Click on the scheduled payment in the activity feed
- Edit or cancel the payment as desired
- Click "Confirm"
