In your communication, give us the following information:

  • Account information: You name and account number
  • Dollar amount: The description of the transaction and dollar amount of the suspected error
  • Description of problem: If you think there is an error on your bill, describe what you believe is wrong and why you believe it’s a mistake.
  • You may also include any additional information that may be helpful in support of your claim.
