How do I set up auto-pay?

Please note that this option requires a connected bank account in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co.

Set up auto-pay:

  1. Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
  2. Navigate to "Payments"
  3. Click "Auto-pay"
  4. Choose your amount: Minimum due, Full statement balance, or Custom amount
  5. Select your payment account
  6. Choose the payment date each month
  7. Review and click "Confirm"

Notes:

  • Link a checking account first via Plaid or routing and account numbers
  • Make sure your payment account has sufficient funds on the scheduled date
  • You'll get a confirmation after setup and before each scheduled payment

How do I edit or cancel auto-pay?

You can edit or cancel auto-pay in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co anytime.

  • Changes to a scheduled payment must be made by 11:59 PM ET the day before the scheduled date
  • If a payment is already in "Pay Now" status, it can't be edited or canceled
