Please note that this option requires a connected bank account in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co.
Set up auto-pay:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Navigate to "Payments"
- Click "Auto-pay"
- Choose your amount: Minimum due, Full statement balance, or Custom amount
- Select your payment account
- Choose the payment date each month
- Review and click "Confirm"
Notes:
- Link a checking account first via Plaid or routing and account numbers
- Make sure your payment account has sufficient funds on the scheduled date
- You'll get a confirmation after setup and before each scheduled payment
How do I edit or cancel auto-pay?
You can edit or cancel auto-pay in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co anytime.
- Changes to a scheduled payment must be made by 11:59 PM ET the day before the scheduled date
- If a payment is already in "Pay Now" status, it can't be edited or canceled
