Will I receive a paper statement?

By default, you will not receive a paper statement. If you choose paper statements, you will receive both paper and online statements for your card at the end of every statement cycle. Your upcoming statement will be your first paper statement. It will arrive approximately 7–10 business days after your statement closes.

To change your statement preference:

  1. Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
    • In the Imprint app, tap the person icon on the top-left
    • Online, click the three lines in the upper-right corner of the screen
  2. Click "Documents"
  3. Click "Manage my paperless settings"
  4. Select "Go paperless" or "Send me paper statements"
  5. Click "Save"
