You can view your confirmed payments in the activity section of the Imprint app or website.
To view your payments:
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Navigate to "Payments"
- In the Imprint app, click the person icon in the top left
- On the website, click the three horizontal lines in the top right
- Alternatively, you can click the bottom half of the card balance section on your account homepage
- To view only payments, click the three dots icon on the top right of the section and filter to show payments only
Below is an example of the card balance section if you have no upcoming payments.
What you'll see:
Your payment history will show all confirmed payments, including:
- Payment date
- Payment amount
- Payment status (scheduled, submitted, confirmed, canceled, or rejected)
Note: Scheduled payments will appear in your activity feed on the date they were scheduled, not the date they will be processed.
