Your statement is generated at the end of each statement cycle which can vary between 28-33 days. You can view your statements by signing in through one of the options below.
- Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
- Go to Profile
- Select Documents
- In the Imprint app, you can find "Documents" by clicking the person icon in the top left.
- On the website, you can find "Documents" by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top right.
- Navigate to "Statements"
- Click any statement to view or download it
Notes:
- The Imprint app shows all past statements while the website shows statements from the current year only.
- If you are a converted cardholder, past statements may not be available in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co. You can request past statements by contacting Imprint Customer Support.
How do I read and understand my statements?
- Page 1 shows account information, account summary, payment information and a summary of the previous month's balance, payments and fees, which give the new statement balance.
- Page 2 shows payment options, as well as all purchases and payments made within the previous statement cycle.
- The final page shows all relevant disclosures.
