How do I access my statements?

Your statement is generated at the end of each statement cycle which can vary between 28-33 days. You can view your statements by signing in through one of the options below.

  1. Log in to the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Select Documents
    • In the Imprint app, you can find "Documents" by clicking the person icon in the top left.
    • On the website, you can find "Documents" by clicking the three horizontal lines in the top right.
  4. Navigate to "Statements"
  5. Click any statement to view or download it

Notes:

  • The Imprint app shows all past statements while the website shows statements from the current year only.
  • If you are a converted cardholder, past statements may not be available in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co. You can request past statements by contacting Imprint Customer Support.

How do I read and understand my statements?

  • Page 1 shows account information, account summary, payment information and a summary of the previous month's balance, payments and fees, which give the new statement balance.
  • Page 2 shows payment options, as well as all purchases and payments made within the previous statement cycle.
  • The final page shows all relevant disclosures.
