Where is my refund?

When a merchant processes a refund, it is credited back to your card. The refund will show up in your activity feed as a credit transaction.

If the refund causes your balance to go negative:

If the refund amount causes your card balance to go below $0, you will see a negative balance on your account. To have the excess amount returned to your bank account, contact Imprint Customer Support.

If you don't see your refund:

Refunds can take several business days to process depending on the merchant. If you're expecting a refund that hasn't appeared:

  • Verify with the merchant that the refund was processed and confirm the refund amount and date.
  • Check your activity feed in the Imprint app or online at account.imprint.co to see if the credit has posted.
  • Contact Imprint Customer Support if the merchant confirms the refund was sent but you still don't see it on your account being processed.
